SELF MANAGED SUPERANNUATION FUND (SMSF) AUDIT

The super laws require that SMSFs have their accounts, statements and compliance audited each year. The fund's trustees are responsible for appointing ASIC approved Registered SMSF Auditors. As an SMSF auditor, it is my role to carry out a financial and compliance audit of the fund's operation.Iwill audit the annual financial statements of the fund and its compliance each year with the requirements of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (SISA) and the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations (SISR) with the objective of expressing an opinion on the financial statements and the fund’s compliance with the SISA and SISR.
